Pushpa is a story of a mid-thirties Marwari woman who is pregnant with her fourth child and in the process of shifting into a new home. The fourth child in that story is me and the home was our first owned home. It was a difficult time for my mother as she was having health complications and struggling with things on the emotional front while getting this dream home of hers built. That time of her life became an inspiration for me that turned into this 22 minute film. And my graduating project out of college. Campaign film made for Biological E's Vaccine Product Launch

#7yearsofhype Swisslapse has been selected and screened at MiMo Milan, Italy (Finalist) and Lift Off Sessions, UK. "The film has been entirely shot on an iPhone 4 and took almost 7 years to be finished and released. A lot of work went into the post production of this film to get to this final look. In a 4 minute long 'Making of' video I go into how this film was resourcefully shot, what drove me to do this, what took so long, what all went behind getting the final look and my reflection on the overall experience of having done this project. I'd like to sincerely thank my fellow collaborators Aniruddh, Musharraf, Rishabh, Devasheesh and Krishna. While Krishna's soundtrack made to the final cut, all these five amazing musicians/ creators made some beautiful compositions and extended a great deal of support in helping me realise my vision. I'd like to thank Meghna di for making this trip possible, for giving me the iPhone, for pushing me on to bigger things, she has always been an inspiration.
